Cho em thắc mắc một chút, hình như chủ từ của câu này là ''đội ngũ Luật sư và các chuyên viên công tác (staff lawyers and experts working)'' chứ không phải là HSLAWS đúng không nhỉ?
Nếu như vậy thì phải là ''are equipped''.

Mình xin góp ý một chút:
- Chỗ "With headquarters is 6 storey building, spacious":
+ Khi kết hợp giới từ "with" thì phía sau nó là danh từ hoặc cụm danh từ, ở đây "headquarters is 6 storey building, spacious" không phải cụm danh từ.
+ "Spacious" ở đây đóng vai trò gì?
- Như bạn trên đề cập, mình cũng nghĩ là chủ ngữ ở đây là "staff" nên sửa là "are equiped"
- Chỗ "with a system modern infrastructure with ample work space, full of things working conditions" -> " with a large number of modern facilites to work in an ample workspace in excellent working conditions."

--> Mình sẽ sửa câu của bạn thành: "Because of the headquarters located in a spacious 6 storey building, staff lawyers and experts working in HSLAWS are equiped with a large number of modern facilites to work in an ample workspace in excellent working conditions."
